Events Schedule

Wyoming Classes Start on 4/10/2021

We have some exciting news about training classes! We will have our first new class in over a year beginning on April 10th at Ascension & Holy Trinity Church in Wyoming. We need to follow the CDC guidelines in order to use the space. Therefore, class/attendee size is very limited. We are having 2 classes every Saturday morning. The first class starts at 8:30 am and will be held outside. Class size is limited to 10 people. The second class will be inside and is limited to 8 people. This means one trainer with their dog - we can't allow attendees to bring guests at this time. It also means that we can't invite current members to stop in for networking or a refresher.

Steve has set up a registration for the two classes in Sign Up Genius. These links must be used in order to reserve a space. Registering for the first class will also register attendees for the entire 8 week session. There is a link to our registration form and other rules provided by the church. Payment must be made at the first class. Please share the links and other information with anyone you know that might be interested.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - 3/27/2021

There will be an Easter Egg event at Niederman Family Farms on Saturday, March 27th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We will have our booth set up and need volunteers to help us staff it. We'd like to have at least 4 teams per two hour shift if possible. All participants will be required to wear a mask and follow CDC guidelines for social distancing. Niederman Farm is located at 5110 Lesourdsville-West Chester Road, Hamilton, OH. Directions to the farm can be found on the Niederman Family Farm website. All dogs must be leashed and handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. They anticipate over 300 kids and their parents. There will be a number of activities for the kids including baby animals, etc. The event is a fundraiser for Cancer. Please call Pam Fox at 513-870-0037 to reserve a time slot.

Dues Payments

Membership dues should be paid in February of each year. Members that joined from June - December 2019 will not owe a dues payment until February 2021. Dues are $50 per year and provide us with the ability to continue to have the funds needed to pay our insurance premium. The insurance covers you, your pet, and the locations we visit. We would not be able to provide this important benefit to our members without your annual dues payment. Checks can be made payable to Canines for Christ of Greater Cincinnati, and mailed to Canines for Christ of Greater Cincinnati, 9386 Colegate Way, West Chester, OH 45011. If you have any questions, please contact Pam Fox (Contact Information)

Please watch our Facebook page for weather related updates regarding our class schedule.  Cancellations will also be listed on the Fox19 Closings & Delays website.
